Add Reschedule Option in Connectwise Manage Pod

We'd like the ability to reschedule meetings from the scheduling POD in ConnectWise Manage.

Ferrell Fuller: Who should be rescheduling the meeting? You or your client? Should this option be used to allow you to reschedule the meeting or should it send a message to the client asking them to reschedule?

Jason Casuga - Both options would be beneficial:
- We may need to ask the client to reschedule, as they missed the appointment, or the scheduled technician is unavailable. This option would send an email to the client (with a reschedule reason so that we can advise that the tech is sick, or remind that the meeting was missed)
- We may need to reschedule if the client calls in and verbally requests that the appointment be rescheduled. We would like to be able to do this on the spot within the CW pod rather than going to HQ, or telling them to find their meeting link and select reschedule. Its important for us to match the communication style that the client prefers, if they call, we want to be able to handle it right then over the phone.

I LOVE this idea! it would help our ability to offer quality cusomter service, especially when scheduling/rescheduling appointments on the fly

This would be very helpful for our workflow. Also - if the appointment was recent like the same day but was missed it would be nice to still be able to Reschedule.
