We have a lot of appointment types, but some of us only use 1 or 2. Would it be possible to have the ability to bookmark/favourite/star appointment types for me that would then create the generated link automatically without selecting resources, appointment type (defaulting to and appointment type = the chosen favourite and the ticket number) so techs can quickly open that link whilst sharing a screen with someone and book the next meeting there and then? I know its possible to do this manually, but having a couple ready to go would be nice. Saving a bookmark to the browser doesn't help as it doesn't have the existing ticket number in the bookmark.
