Would be nice to have the ability to activate or deactivate appointments. Currently, we have to delete unused or temp appointment types from other departments to keep the pod for our service desk tidy. Would be ideal if we could deactivate or have the ability to have appt types categorized by team or department.

As a real world example, our service team has to scroll through a list of unrelated appointment types or unrelated call categories for other departments in our org in order to select a 30 minute remote session.

We can shorten our list of appt types but deleting is our only option. Not fair to the rest of the company.
