Email Editor Image Element

We've added a new image element to the email editor which allows you to include an image hosted elsewhere (i.e. not attached to the email) in your templates. This should significantly increase the flexibility of the email editor, and allow much more complicated designs to be simulated with images (as is done with universally with emails).
