I appreciate the recent feature that allows for integration with O365 calendars, but I think it needs to go further. In my scenario, I have my primary O365 calendar synced to Autotask already. But I also have additional "personal" calendars of different types in O365, SOME of which I would love to have TZ access for availability in addition to the main one in AT/O365. Right now it seems that the O365 integration is all (calendars) or none.

My family and I use iCloud for our personal calendars, which means a lot of my availability is blocked off there. Without support for non-O365 calendars my availability will not be properly reflected.

For me, working in sales / business development for the company, I need to book meetings with people not already in our PSA (so not through a ticket). Easy to do with shareable URLs and good configuration. However, having features available for GMail for us to be able to choose the same type of options that are presented in the ConnectWise Manage Ticket Pod would be very handy. I don't want to lock myself into a 30 minute meeting and I don't really want to have 8 appointment types I have to decide to use when I want the same behavior, just a different time frame.

I don't want to detract from the Google Calendar integration others are asking for, but we don't need it since we just suffer through making sure even our usual calendar invitations are manually put into our PSA - and everyone in our organization uses the PSA.

We will rejoin TimeZest when Google Calendar is integrated.
UPDATE 2024: 
It's surprising to me that in 2024, a scheduling application that is meant to compete with the big guns... does not support a major calendar like Google calendar.  Until then.  TimeZest doesn't appear to be taking this product seriously.  And that's concerning.

This would be a beneficial feature and solve our problem with CW Manage Google Calendar delays. Here is what I would like to see.

All Timezest to schedule and check directly against a tech's Google Calendar for availability.
Similar to Teams and Zoom, automate the creation of meetings for events.
To enhance item number one, allow Timezest to evaluate calendars in order. Check CW Manage availability and Google Calendar availability to confirm the timeslot is open on both calendars. This is due to Manage not currently having real-time bi-directional sync with Google Calendar.

Joe Silva: I totally agree - this creates havoc with our team's Google calendars and is presenting serious issues with booking client calls. Please add this to the critical roadmap, TimeZest team!

show stopper for me. We use Google Workspace, so we need sync calenders to reflect already booked times.

Hi Sam,

This is definitely something we might consider doing in the future, although there's a significant amount of engineering involved (particularly around ensuring performance as we have to read from multiple calendar sources in real-time to calculate availability).

When you say "integration" with G Suite, do you mean like our Office 365 integration where we use that to send emails? Or are you thinking of something different?
