Need the Team Page Shareable URL to be able to pass a provided ticket number to the appointment type.

Sarah Dockendorf: Can you give more details on this? I'm not fully understanding. A Team Page's Shareable URL is a URL used to send to the end user where a ticket doesn't yet exist. When the end user schedules the appointment, then the ticket is created.
What do you mean to "...pass a provided ticket number to the appointment type."?

Jason Casuga: The intent is to have Thread reply, after the ticket is created, to the user by providing them the Team scheduling link. But also, be able to use it for like if a tech grabs a ticket and tries to call a user and they don’t answer, then we can use a pre-canned email that basically gives them an option to schedule, using the Team page URL link. Thread has the option to pass in variables, so we would want to prompt the user for a 30 min or 60 min session and then present the link to schedule by passing in the ticket number. Hope this is helpful to what we are trying to accomplish. Thanks!

Sarah Dockendorf In this scenario, I would suggest to use the URL-based Scheduling URL for Thread to reply with since it includes a ticket number for the scheduling request to reference when the meeting is scheduled.
You can find this URL in the appointment type's settings.

Jason Casuga: Yes, I have located that URL. However, we like the functionality of the Team URL, that is gives the user the option to pick the appt type/session duration that is included in the Teams setup. In your suggestion, if we want to offer that, would we need to provide two separate URLs, one for a 30 min and one for a 60 min, for the user to pick from?

That sounds really good.
