We've just released this feature. You can configure it on an appointment-type basis, and when turned on, TimeZest will ask clients for their preferred contact number when they're scheduling their appointment, and will include that number on the internal note it creates in ConnectWise Manage.

This would be fantastic. It can update the "ticket" number on the contact in CW for that ticket. This way we know what number to reach them at if they have a specific one (especially useful for remote workers/road warriors).
