- Dispatch needing to change the scheduled meeting. 2. Client needs to change the meeting so they self service cancel and or change the meeting. 3. Scheduling conflicts to need to cancel and or send a cancel with please find a new time to schedule.

A quick question for people who've voted for this: could you give me some use cases where you think cancelling a scheduling request would be useful?
This will help us to design this feature in a way that it's actually useful for you.

Jason Langenauer: The majority of what we see is that something comes up last minute and the client needs to reschedule. It would be nice if when they go to cancel a request they have the option to just cancel or reschedule which is what needs to happen more often than not.

Jason Langenauer: sometimes the meeting has been scheduled/requested with the wrong person, or maybe they have contacted us to say that the issue resolved itself.

Jason Langenauer: We have a couple statuses between ticket being completed and ticket being closed. Sometimes a ticket is resolved before the ticket has been scheduled by the client (for whatever reason) so it would be nice to be able to cancel and not send the reminder. (or be able to set statuses that the ticket is assumed closed on)

This is especially needed for us as we are running into a weird bug in CW where sometimes the TimeZest pod populates for the previous ticket that was being viewed. Cancelling mistakes would be less embarrassing that a direct email.
